Delete your Queldo account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Queldo app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open your account settings.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Review the information and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the Queldo app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@queldo.com from the email address associated with your Queldo account.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Data that will be deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it, including:

• profile information
• homes associated only with your account
• home objects
• custom tasks
• task completion history
• object notes
• family membership records
• notification preferences
• push notification tokens
• AI usage data associated with the account
• other account-related application data

Deleting your account will not automatically delete data owned by other family members. Shared home data may remain available to other members where applicable.

If you are the owner of a shared home, you may need to transfer ownership before your account can be deleted.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed as soon as possible and may take up to 30 days.

Some information may be retained for a longer period where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal obligations.
